1 min forearm plank
50 high knees
1 min forearm plank
50 jumping jacks
30 sec 1-leg wall sit (switch legs)
45 sec sumo squat hold with alternating punches
1 min forearm plank
15 down-dog push-ups
200 jump ropes
12 tricep dips
1 min bridge with hip lifts

(repeat 2-4 times, depending on time)
