In teams of 2 with the “you go, I go” system:
Row 500 meters 3x each
On the rower’s monitor press SELECT WORKOUT, then NEW WORKOUT, press INTERVALS/DISTANCE, set the rest time to UNDEFINED rest time. This will be a more efficient way to set the rower with the meters going down and have an exact time on each 500.
Score is slowest individual time.
