CHECK MON AND TUESDAY FORMAT. USE THE SAME FORMAT BUT TODAY YOU WORK UP TO 80% OF OPENER FOR SATURDAY. LETS ASSUME THE SAME 100 KG OPENER. YOU WOULD PERFORM 2-3 SINGLES AT 80 KG.

2, clean and jerk: same as snatch

3. front squat; 3, 2, 1, 1 (not heavy)
