This day may seem counter-intuitive, but the Bench Press is a full body movement and these are all good supplements to it.

1. SQUAT
Sets: 4 Reps: 8
2. DUMBBELL LUNGE
Sets: 3 Reps: 8 (each side)
3. ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
Sets: 3 Reps: 8
