DOING A NEW STRENGTH CYCLE FOR 4-8 WKS OR SO

back squat: 3 x 10 at 60%, 65%, 70%
bench press: 3 x 10 at same %
clean deadlifts: 3×10 at 60%, 65%, 70%
pull ups x 50 reps
sit ups using weight behind head x 100 total
this is a more volume than you are use to….maintain good form!!
