In teams of three, complete five rounds for time of:

Row 1000 Meters
90 Double-unders
60 Power cleans (95# / 65#)
45 Box jumps

Accessory: Core Fun: 100 partner med ball pass sit-ups (both go down at the same time, but 1 has a ball then switch at the top, that counts as 1, so only 50 of each person’s will be weighted with the ball) *choose your own weight.
