WOD:

3 rounds of:

EMOM for 4 minutes:

10 Thrusters
ME Burpees

Rest 1:00 between rounds. Goal is 5-6 burpees each minute; score is total number of burpees.

RX: 75# / 55#, scale accordingly and have fun!

Accessory: 2 min each side couch stretch and 2 minutes each side lizard.
